How to File GST Annual Return
India began implementing it on July 1, 2017. Under the new GST regime, over 1.3 crore businesses in India have been registered and issued GST registration. GST-registered entities must file annual returns by the scheduled GST return due date.
GST annual return filing is required for all entities required to obtain GST registration with a turnover of more than two crores, regardless of business activity, sales, or profitability during the return filing period. As a result, even dormant businesses that obtain GST registration must file GST returns.
